Participation and registration

These terms apply to registration and participation in the AI Genius Olympiad. Provide accurate student and contact details and select the correct published category. A parent or legal guardian must consent for a student under 18. Institutions/Partners must be authorised to submit their roster and inform students and their guardians of the participation requirements and policies.

Student photograph

Use a clear recent student photograph, taken within the last 3 months at the time of upload. / विद्यार्थी की स्पष्ट और हाल की फोटो अपलोड करें, जो अपलोड करते समय पिछले 3 महीनों के भीतर ली गई हो।

Use a 600 × 800 pixel portrait (3:4), in JPEG, PNG, WebP or AVIF, up to 4 MB. Photo recency is your responsibility; file dates or metadata do not establish when the photograph was taken.

Exams and mocks: arrange your computer before paying

All Olympiad exams and mock tests take place on the separate ExamPilot platform. Each student needs a computer (desktop or laptop) with a working camera and stable internet. Arrange and test these before the exam or mock; a phone or tablet does not meet this requirement. Access instructions will be shared by the organising team.

Follow the schedule, sign-in and assessment instructions provided by the organising team. Review ExamPilot’s applicable privacy and camera-use information before using that platform. This registration website does not specify camera recording or retention arrangements.

Fees and confirmation

The applicable fee and tax breakdown are displayed before checkout. Fees may vary by category or registration route according to the current published price. Registration is complete only when the portal confirms payment and issues a registration number. A bank debit or a payment-window message alone does not confirm registration.

Check the student or Institution/Partner portal if a payment is still being verified. Do not pay again while a previous payment is being confirmed; contact support with the payment reference.

Refunds and corrections

Valid completed registrations are non-refundable. Duplicate, multiple or incorrect charges will be reviewed for refund, along with refunds required by law, including for deficient or misdescribed services. Approved refunds for duplicate, multiple or incorrect charges are initiated within 5–7 working days after verification. Bank or payment-provider credit time is separate and is not guaranteed by the portal.

Read the Refund Policy before payment. Contact support to correct paid registration details; corrections remain subject to verification.

Fair participation

Use only the authorised student’s account. Do not impersonate another person, share exam access, submit false details or interfere with the website or assessment. Assessment-specific rules and any consequences will be communicated by the organising team.

Changes and your rights

The organising team may publish necessary changes to schedules or instructions through the portal and registered contact channels. Material changes and applicable remedies will be communicated. These terms do not exclude rights or refunds required by applicable law.
