Who holds the details

The AI Genius Olympiad, presented by Dainik Bhaskar with RKCL, uses the details you or an Institution/Partner provide to register students and administer participation.

Registration payments are handled by BRILLIANT MINDS GLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED, GSTIN 08AAOCB3511G1ZT, at 375, Near ICICI Bank, Moti Doongari Road, Adarsh Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302004. For privacy questions, contact support@dbolympiad.com.

What we hold, and why

The student's name, class, date of birth, gender, state, district and educational institution, to enter them in the Olympiad at the right level and in the right place.

The parent or guardian’s name is collected separately from the student’s name. For College/ITGK students aged 18 or above, the mobile number and optional email belong to the student; for students under 18, they belong to a parent or guardian. We use these contact details to confirm registration, provide account access and tell you about the Olympiad.

Use a clear recent student photograph, taken within the last 3 months at the time of upload. / विद्यार्थी की स्पष्ट और हाल की फोटो अपलोड करें, जो अपलोड करते समय पिछले 3 महीनों के भीतर ली गई हो।

A photo of the student, if you add one, to identify them for the online Olympiad. We remove everything stored inside the file, such as where it was taken, and keep it privately.

A record of the consenting person’s name and mobile number, consent source, time and wording version. Self-registration and historical account claims confirm the mobile by SMS code. For new registrations assisted by an Institution/Partner, the centre records the guardian’s or adult College/ITGK student’s consent and the responsible staff member’s identity; centre attestation does not verify the contact’s mobile by OTP. We keep this record even if contact details change later.

Account and sign-in information, registration and payment references, and records needed to provide support and protect the service. Before payment we record the signed-in account, name, time and version of the participation acknowledgement, including the exam requirements and refund summary shown.

Who helps us run it

The configured payment gateway, Razorpay or ICICI Bank, handles payment when you or an Institution/Partner enrols a student. It receives the payer’s details; card, bank and UPI details go to that gateway, never to us. ICICI checkout requires a payer receipt email, which can be supplied separately without changing the optional login email. We keep the amount, when it was paid, the gateway’s reference for it and the tax invoice.

Amazon Web Services stores registration records and private uploads. ZeptoMail supplies email delivery and PRP SMS supplies text-message delivery when the required provider configuration and templates are approved. These providers receive the information needed to supply their services.

Who can see it

The student, whoever is authorised to sign in for them, the authorised Olympiad team, and an Institution/Partner permitted to manage the relevant students. We do not sell personal registration details or publish private photos and contact details. We may disclose records when required by law.

Separate exam and mock platform

All Olympiad exams and mock tests take place on the separate ExamPilot platform. Each student needs a computer (desktop or laptop) with a working camera and stable internet. Arrange and test these before the exam or mock; a phone or tablet does not meet this requirement. Access instructions will be shared by the organising team.

Student details needed to provide exam access may be used by ExamPilot for that purpose. Review the applicable ExamPilot privacy and camera-use information when it is provided. This registration policy does not specify whether camera feeds are recorded or how any exam-platform recordings are retained.

Keeping records and protecting access

We retain information needed for registration, participation, support and security, and keep payment and tax records required by law. Exam-platform camera recording and retention arrangements are disclosed separately by the exam platform when provided.

Keep your password and sign-in codes private. Contact support if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.

Your choices

Use the available student-profile controls to check your details before paying. For corrections, access requests, withdrawal of consent, deletion requests or a privacy concern, write to support@dbolympiad.com or message +91 7229976668 on WhatsApp. Parents or legal guardians should make requests for a minor. We may need to verify your identity and retain records that applicable law requires.
